ISSUE 14

"A bit of change for me this month in that I'm revisiting a venue that I used to fish quite regularly many years ago, Butterley Reservoir in Derbyshire. It's a large lake that's split down the middle by a causeway with a railway track and the two halves are very different. One half is shallow and coloured while the other half, where I'll be fishing today, is much deeper and the water is tap water clear.

 

It's a challenging venue and I recently fished a two-day festival here and got it horribly wrong so I wanted to bring the cameras back with me today so I could put right the wrongs and hopefully catch a lot more fish than I did a couple of weeks ago!"
