In Issue 2 of Feeder we are looking at how I go about my winter feeder fishing on commercial fisheries. Essentially the tactics are the same as the summer months but everything is scaled down and a lot of thought is needed to help you select the right feeder for any given day. It is one of the most confusing things in fishing these days, what feeder to choose for commercial fishing. The Method, Banjo and Pellet feeder are all exceptional fish catchers. But choosing which one to use can be very confusing.

Hopefully this issue will solve this riddle for you — especially when it comes to winter fishing. We're fishing at the fantastic Garbolino Lindholme Lakes, a venue that I fish every week throughout the winter. It is typical of many fisheries in that it has a large head of carp and F1s that are still willing to feed when the temperatures drop. But what is great is that the tactics that I am going to show you are easily transferable to a venue near you.
